All sales are FINAL. No Refunds/Returns/Putbacks/Switches.
We DO NOT issue refunds for lost packages. Once the packages have been sent out, they are not our responsibility. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us to that we may address the issue.
To be eligible for store credit, you must send proof of the incorrect item to theessence.crystals@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number on the subject line when sending out your email.

Shipping Overview
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Communications regarding delays will be made on our social media pages to keep you informed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the weight of your order.
We are not currently offering international shipping, however if you are interested, please send us a message and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theessence.crystals@email.com with your order number as the Subject line. Please state your name and order number in your email, and we will look into it for you.
